"Extremely positive and it was so reassuring"
"Thanks to George, and the RETEX team. I just wanted to drop you an email to say a big “Thank You” for all your efforts during the planning and delivery phase of the recent runway friction testing and rubber removal program, prior to the 2018 Commonwealth Games.
The time, assistance, and patience you provided when working with us to ensure our runway pavement was safe for international guests is something we are very grateful for.
The feedback we have received from our airside operations teams with regards to the services you provided was extremely positive and it was so reassuring to hear that they found you very easy to work with."
